Empire has worked with the FASNY Museum on many projects over the years and had the pleasure of creating a new interactive children’s exhibit. The Pump It Up museum exhibit features a handful of new interactive panels, all with unique responsive features and themes. Many of the panels have push-to-start components as well as more intricate circuitry. Custom flip books and other low tech features were integrated to allow the exhibit to appeal to kids of all ages.

This STEM exhibit also features a restored pump panel that was sourced from a retired fire truck. The pump panel interactive was designed to simulate the actual workings of a truck in service reporting to an incident. This panel features a detailed instruction panel that highlights the creative graphic design services that Empire provided for this exhibit.
