Empire had the privilege of updating the lobby of the Emerson headquarters in Brookfiled, CT.

Emerson wished to create in interactive experience in the lobby to inform visitors of their technological industries, applications, and global presence. Empire designed, fabricated and installed a custom display for each industry, highlighting its areas of use in glowing LED panels. The kiosks were designed to reflect the welding technology, by creating multi-piece kiosk of pieces fitted to each other. Each kiosk features two touchscreen monitors and LED lights illuminating custom etched acrylic panels.

The map display was created utilizing Emerson technology in the fabrication. The dimensional acrylic map is set before a display of pieces of braided copper wire, welded together using Emerson tech. The copper is illuminated with LED lights and the kiosk features monitors for video interaction.

Empire designed, fabricated and installed this project to be ADA accessible and compliant.
