Trade Show Logistics
We provide full support to our clients when scheduling the logistics related to attending a trade show or private event. We work with dedicated carriers across the globe to effectively transport your display assets to some of the worlds largest conference centers and trade show halls. One of the most stressful parts of attending or planning a trade show can be the risk associated with shipping the display items, but our experienced approach and 24/7 availability to monitor and track a shipment can take the burden off of your team and ensure a successful event.
Asset Management
Our Asset Management Specialists are tasked with inspecting and packing every exhibit that is produced and stored at our facility. We provide a detailed crate inventory report with every show that leaves our facility to put your mind at ease while preparing for an installation. Upon return from an event, our team performs a thorough return inspection in order to identify any possible repair needed prior to the next scheduled event. We also offer the management of product for our clients, streamlining the shipping process and consolidating shipments in order to save time and money.
Warehousing
We ensure that your assets are stored and handled with care while housed in one of our climate controlled warehouse facilities. Storing your exhibit with us can expedite the fabrication process when looking to update or repair an existing exhibit between shows.
